1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or using Karteric services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.

2. Description of services

Karteric provides custom automation, AI integration, workflow design, and related consulting services for small and mid-sized businesses. Services are scoped on a per-engagement basis through a separate written agreement or statement of work. The specific services, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in that agreement.

3. No guarantee of results

We design and build systems to help you operate more efficiently, but we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, lead volume, cost savings, or other result. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, implementation quality, and how the system is used.

4. Intellectual property

Materials, code, and systems we create specifically for your engagement are generally transferred to you upon full payment, as specified in the applicable statement of work. We retain rights to pre-existing templates, frameworks, tools, and general methodologies. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karteric and its team members will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these terms or the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to Karteric for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.

6. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
